These Terms of Service govern your use of stemori.com (the "Site") and your purchases from Stemori ("Stemori," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About us

Stemori is an independent online store operated from the Dominican Republic. Contact: support@stemori.com. Our products are shipped from international fulfillment partners to customers in the United States.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Product dimensions are approximate. The Stemori glass foot file is a cosmetic personal care tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

Safe use

  • Use on dry, intact skin with gentle, even strokes. Do not press hard.
  • Do not use on broken skin, cuts, blisters, infections, or irritated skin.
  • If you have diabetes, poor circulation, or any foot condition, ask a healthcare professional before using it.
  • Stop using it if you feel pain or irritation.
  • Keep out of reach of young children. Handle with care: the product contains glass.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. If we find a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

Discounts and offers

The Set of 2 offer (10% off when you buy two or more items) is applied automatically at checkout. Offers can end or change at any time and cannot be combined unless stated.

Orders

An order confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and we will refund you in full if we do.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

These are covered in our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Stemori name, logo, text, images, and design of the Site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stemori is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on the Site, with its "Last updated" date, applies from that date.
